👉 Cooking Tips:
Thaw the beef meltique striploin from freezer . After thawing, pat dry the striploin and season with salt and pepper (to taste) for 20 – 30mins at room temperature. In a preheated pan (Medium Flame), add in 2tsp of oil and after the oil is hot add 2-3tbsp of butter and 1 garlic clove and herbs (optional). After the butter has melted, pan-fry the striploin for about 3 mins on each side (after flipping it, brush it with a generous amount of melted butter).

Q: What happens if i am not at home ? Will there be a redelivery/extra chargers?
A: Due to the nature of the product, we will put it on your doorstep if you are not at home. All our products will be packed with Styrofoam, it can be refrigerated about 1 hour, please store it in refrigerator as soon as possible. For products left at the doorstep, we will not be responsible for lost items.
